Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
We aim to get your orders picked, packed & posted within 3 working days after your order is placed. We cannot guarantee that orders will be processed on a weekend. For delivery you will receive tracking information via email once your parcel has been shipped. Our Standard Delivery is £2.99 and orders over £40 are eligible for free delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot guarantee delivery by set dates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund. We are more than happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order, once the item is returned to us in its original undamaged packaging.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Please email us at info@thesecretvillage.co.uk to alert us to the return. We will send you a returns form to complete and send back with your returned item.
Please send your return using a secure and trackable method to the below returns address. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns so customers are liable for p&p fees.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Please allow between 3 and 5 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
